RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Human Resource

1.1. Recruitment and Selection:

· Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates through advertisement / university and colleagues, screening resumes, and coordinate to schedule interviews and facilitate the selection process.

· Conduct background checks and coordinate offer letters and onboarding processes for new hires.

1.2. Employee Records

· Assist in checking the staff daily attendance and to provide monthly late comers report.

· Updating the staff medical records, leave records, entitlement records and provide quarterly report.

· Assisting in administering the staff medical benefits and medical claims

· Provide monthly manpower report and whenever necessary.

1.3. Training and Development:

· Assist in organizing in-house training programs.

· Assist in administering the staff training.

· Updating of staff training records.

1.4. Payroll

· Assist in Payroll process and documentation

· Assist in statutory procedure

· Preparing monthly report

2. Administration

· Assist in conducting new staff orientation and documentation.

· Assist in administering of employee probation’s employment contract dates and resignation and do all needful documentation process as required by internal procedures and statutory requirement.

· Introduce new staff.

· In charge of the employment pass / visa application process.

· Manage and oversee office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination, ensuring smooth office operations.

3. Others

· Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling personal and employment information.Act as the main point of contact for all HR and admin related inquiries

· Assist with day-to-day operations of the human resource and administration functions and duties

· Undertake such other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

Ø Possess Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource or equivalent from recognised universities.

Ø Able to work independently with minimal guidance.

Ø Computer literacy such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Ø Experience in handling employment pass / visa application process

Ø Experience in handling business license, tenancy agreements and any related documents application government

Ø Proficient in Mandarin is added value

Ø Familiar with Sarawak ordinary labour act

Ø Willingness to work in Kuching, Sarawak.

Ø Willing to travel when require

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
