  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Finance Manager /Assistant Manager to oversee the financial operations of our retail chain restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of full set accounting and be responsible for financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring the financial health of the organization while supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Set Accounting:
  • Manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide insights into business performance.
  • Cash Flow Management:
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
  • Implement strategies to optimize cash management.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights that support operational decisions.
  • Act as a liaison with external auditors and tax advisors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of [3] years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the retail or F & B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of full set accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,761.03 per month
