Job Description

  • Take ownership for new or existing business immediately assigned to portfolio with the objective of growth.
  • Provide highest levels of quality for customer experience in all aspects of business process.

Account management

  • Customer management and care – ensure customer is satisfied with every aspect of our service and delivery by keeping commitments in key moments of truth.
  • Customer relationship management – ensure customer wants to continue to maintain account.
  • Customer development – up-selling growth – strive to grow account year on year.
  • Cross-selling internally within customer and/to associated companies to grow share of wallet.

Delivery

  • Take quality job brief and ask appropriate questions where client does not initially provide required information.
  • Working hand in hand with customer and recruitment manager.
  • Consult clients on market conditions and offer input to compensation or duration where applicable.
  • Ensure recruitment understand vacancies from Account in your hand.
  • Where required conduct appropriate levels of screening in accordance with requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment performance and service level.
  • Monitor customers service level in providing accurate job details, market rates and feedback on candidates submitted.
  • Where required support with arranging and preparing candidates for Interviews.
  • Ensure feedback is provided to candidates following interviews.

Operations Systems and Process

  • Obtain all required Purchase Orders/documentation in order for correct invoice and payment by customer.
  • Record all activity in CRM/ATS platform and ensure support department is also on top of their activity
  • Ensure payroll and invoicing set up internally is fit for effective invoicing and Cash collection.
  • Ensure accuracy of all relevant data, then liaising directly with Operations team to ensure service delivery is to candidate and client satisfaction.

Development

  • Generate and follow up leads to ensure you have a suitable volume of work,
  • Create strategic plan to develop your accounts and to achieve your targets.
  • Develop and maintain a prospect list and be prepared to take personal responsibility for sale and conversion of “hot prospects”.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in any field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with internal/external customers.
  • Ideally had experience working for recruitment/manpower companies in customer facing role.
  • Deep understanding of at least one market served.
  • Ability to engage professionally with clients and take the lead in the end-to-end business process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
