About the role

As the Data Entry Team Leader at SJ International Freight (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for leading a team of data entry specialists to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of critical business data. This full-time position is based in the company's Setia Alam, Selangor office.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and manage a team of data entry specialists to ensure timely and accurate data processing
  • Develop and implement efficient data entry processes and procedures to optimise team performance
  • Monitor team productivity and quality of work, providing guidance and feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and priorities
  • Maintain detailed records and generate reports on team activities and productivity

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a data entry team in the freight forwarding industry, at least 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Prior experience with CW1 would be advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with Australian offices
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality
  • Working hour is based on Australia East Time. Monday to Friday from 7 am - 3:30 pm in Malaysia time.
