  • Responsible on conducting purchasing activities.
  • Ensure to follow up with vendors on time delivery status (OTD).
  • Ensure on maintain and record all the purchases, pricing, invoices and other important data systematically.
  • Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
  • Follow up on goods defect.
  • Assist on preparing purchasing analysis and budgeting.
  • To Follow up on confirmed import shipping duties.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Pleasant personality with good negotiation skill and communication skills.
  • An active team player, able to work proactively and independently with minimum supervision.
  • Min 1 years of relevant working experience.
  • Able to converse and write in mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
