Job Responsibilities:

  • Support in HR & Admin functions, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, industrial relations, staff welfare etc.
  • Assist in data entry, employee records maintenance and preparation of correspondences.
  • Support onboarding and training processes for new hires and current employees.
  • Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Address employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR matters.
  • Assist in disciplinary issues and appropriate disciplinary actions.
  • Manage inventory levels of office supplies and assist in the maintenance of office and equipment.
  • Perform procurement activities whenever needed.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, travel, hotel arrangements, and company events.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR management principles and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Language Proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
