Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to customers in the Korean language. You will assist users with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and general travel information, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Korean, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to bookings, payments, and account management effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system for future reference.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and contribute to product enhancements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Korean (spoken and written) and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with computer systems and customer service software.
- Nationality: Malaysian nationality with TOPIK 5 or 6
