Property Officer (Kota Kemuning- Telok Panglima Garang)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to ensure that pre-delivery inspections of completed products are organized and carried out to the issuance of CPC including but not limited to the compilation and onward transmission of all defects identified to the relevant parties.
• To assist in organizing, coordinating and management of all delivery of vacant possession initiatives to purchasers including but not limited to the preparation of all relevant handover forms (including inventory list).
• Responsible to ensure all defects identified during the defects liability period are rectified accordingly within the stipulated time frame.
• Provide customer services and monitoring of tenancy agreement for the leasing of common properties.
• Responding to residents' complaints and to coordination and arrange technician appointed contractors to carry out site inspection, repairing or rectification works accordingly.
• Handling and follow-up with the projects assigned by the building manager from time to time.
• To assist property manager/building manager in day to day activities.
• To prepare cheque/TT/payment instruction for the company.
• To issue debit and credit note.
• Supporting the Finance Manager and Executives with projects and tasks when required.
• Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Administration/ Real Estate Management/ Property Management or equivalent discipline.
• Required skill(s): Computer literate, i.e MS Office; Good in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English; Good communication as well as interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in Property Management and accounts is required
• Possess own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
