· Responsible to perform & arrange all pre-admission procedure for all cases at Beacon Hospital from patient management to financial coverage.
· Responsible to acquire initial guarantee letter for all patients having treatment/procedure at Beacon Hospital Sdn Bhd. To ensure all pre-admission forms from insurance companies are filled in by the respective consultants & submitted in complete manner.
· To liaise with the patients pertaining to patient’s insurance coverage and entitlement & manage patient financial expectations accordingly.
· To coordinate patients for all pre-admission investigation as order by the consultants. To ensure these investigations are performed before the surgery as ordered.
· To inform patient on the estimate of the total treatment cost & report to superior if any aid is required by patient.
· To advice patient on the mode of payment accepted by Beacon Hospital.
· To prepare accurate & precise quotation for patients undergoing Radiotherapy treatment. To advice on the payment modes and methods as well.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Office Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (Preferred)
- Bahasa (Preferred)
