Job Summary
The Account Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance Department. Key responsibilities include data entry, invoice processing, and general accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Invoice Processing: Verify and process invoices, ensuring timely payment and accurate records.
Accounts Receivable: Assist in managing accounts receivable, following up on outstanding payments and preparing aging reports.
Accounts Payable: Assist in managing accounts payable, ensuring timely vendor payments and accurate records.
Bank Reconciliations: Prepare and reconcile bank statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
General Accounting: Assist with various general accounting tasks as needed, such as preparing journal entries and financial reports.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Finance Department, including filing, photocopying, and data management.
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience in SQL system is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Finance: 1 year (Preferred)
- Accounting: 1 year (Required)
