Business Analyst_Kelana Jaya (On Site)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Identify and document functional requirements, information sources, distribution paths and system specifications.

· Learn system functionalities such as Enterprise Pricing System & B2B Marketplace with Ecosystem Collaboration and Blockchains integrated to SAP and iOT such as Product Traceability System

· Learn and research industry domain knowledge as to how our systems can be applied to their industry

· Perform user requirement gathering, guided by seniors

· Prepare system setup for demo

· Perform demo when required, with guidance

· Perform system testing and involve in SIT, UAT and go-live preparation as part of the project implementation

· Conduct research to understand how a business process functions and where a business process can improve

· Run workshops to train employees on updated protocols and rules

· Develop reports, proposals and deliver presentations backed by justification and analysis

· Guide clients in implementing the prescribed strategy and resolving issues

· Provide advice for any recurring challenges or problematic patterns

· Initiate structure documentation and presentation of findings.

· Perform additional roles as and when required

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in business analyst role

Understand business process and translate into business requirement and specification

Lead a team of business analysts to perform testing

Familiar with system functionalities, software development, project implementations of packaged software or e-commerce solutions

High degree of competence in a wide selection of business management software (such as CRM and ERP) and databases

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
