  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

(A) Job Summary

· Make outbound calls to sell various products as per campaign assignment.

· Provide high standard of service by following presentation guidelines in according to given product factsheet and sales script.

· Retain customers through company’s retention strategies

· Work with relevant departments within company to ensure any problem is solved promptly or escalated accordingly.

(B) Key Responsibilities

· To fulfil daily talk time and leads target

· To make outbound calls as per campaign assignment and meet QA requirement

· To work with internal department in retaining customers who send in cancellation requests

· To make payment reminder calls to customers

· Work closely with internal departments in all aspects

· Assist in Business Continuity Plan initiatives and activities.

· To participation in IT systems UAT activities where applicable.

· Ad-hoc functions as and when required.

· Document all activities and tasks as per the project standards

· Provide pre and post implementation support

· Hand over the tasks, work and products to secondees and the Client

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
