We're looking for a passionate, creative and results-driven Social Media &

Content Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Hyper Pets Centre (M)

Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible

for driving player engagement and building a strong online community around

our business module. Your ability to connect with gamers and create resonant

content will be crucial to our success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for display, introduce, and promote the company's products on E-commerce platform
  • Provide product information to customers through the ECommerce live broadcast platform, answer relevant inquiries from viewers and provide corresponding suggestions, and guide viewers to complete the shopping process
  • Participate in planning live broadcast content as required, activate the live room atmosphere and fans' emotions during the live broadcast, and also ensure the popularity of the live broadcast room according to the requirements and contents
  • Comply with the relevant regulations of the platform and the company, actively complete the number of live broadcasts and live broadcast duration and achieve the targeted results of the live broadcast.
  • Shoot various promotional streaming videos in conjunction with company account content.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably those who have experience handling TikTok platform live selling products.
  • Familiar with pets products and master relevant knowledge.
  • Good personal image and appearance, friendly, and able to interact with the audience flexibly.
  • Understand Bahasa Malaysia, speak fluently, and have strong communication and expression skills.
  • Outgoing, bubbly personality, dare to express.
  • Able to work on shift basis and on weekends. Able to work at least 5.5 days per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
