Quality Control Assistant

1) TIME MANAGEMENT / QUANTITY

· To liaise closely with production to ensure product released as per specification

· Detailing sewing

2) WORKSHEET / QUALITY

· Responsible for line inspection of finish goods to ensure production operation and process are in accordance with the required standards

· Finding and fixing faults at each stage of the production process includes checking for the measurement and sewing cloth

· To ensure proper labelling on products

· Inspect and record timely of all results in quality records

· Check the conformity of the product i.e design, colors, raw material with the Pre-Production Sample

· Check for defects i.e fabric defects, colors defects, accessories, label defects, manufacturing defects and classifies them accordingly.

· Checking quality standards to be in line with company quality standard.

· Monitor the quality of the product through the various stages of production.

· Perform in - line inspection and end-of-line inspection in sewing floor.

· Categorized and classified the percentage of the defect and get supervisor to solve the matte

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
