Your Role

Handle inquiries from potential clients about accommodations, meeting spaces, and event bookings, providing information to facilitate the sales process
Assist in preparing sales proposals and contracts tailored to the specific needs of clients, outlining pricing, services, and terms to secure bookings
Coordinate the booking process for accommodations, meetings, and events, liaising with clients, internal departments, and vendors
Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication, providing personalized service that addresses any concerns or requests
Maintain client databases and records, tracking interactions, bookings, and preferences to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Facilitate communication among staff members and between different departments for group booking, individual booking and events to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings, providing insights to inform sales strategies and target new business opportunities
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents and presentations as needed
Ensuring enquiries including inquiries through email, social media, phone calls, hotel's website and online hotel booking sites become confirmed business
Follow up on renewal of corporate rates
To complete other assignments given from time to time

What We're Looking For

Preferably a Certificate/ Diploma holder in related field or similar qualification.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin would be considered an advantage.
1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage to be short listed
Enthusiastic, pleasant personality and well groomed.
