Technical Support:
- Provide support for laptops, desktops, and other devices (mouse, keyboard, printers).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for both consumers and businesses.
- Collaborate with users, IT technicians, and field engineers for advanced troubleshooting.
People Management:
- Manage team KPIs, handle escalations, and lead the support team.
- Make decisions and provide situational leadership.
Requirements:
- Japanese proficiency: JLPT N1
- More than 5 years of working experience in Japan
- Deep understanding of PC hardware, especially laptops.
- Experienced in troubleshooting within retail, IT helpdesk, or technical support settings.
- Customer-facing experience in hardware sales or support is a plus.
Shift window:
- Monday to Friday, 10AM - 7PM.
