Technical Support:

  • Provide support for laptops, desktops, and other devices (mouse, keyboard, printers).
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for both consumers and businesses.
  • Collaborate with users, IT technicians, and field engineers for advanced troubleshooting.

People Management:

  • Manage team KPIs, handle escalations, and lead the support team.
  • Make decisions and provide situational leadership.

Requirements:

  • Japanese proficiency: JLPT N1
  • More than 5 years of working experience in Japan
  • Deep understanding of PC hardware, especially laptops.
  • Experienced in troubleshooting within retail, IT helpdesk, or technical support settings.
  • Customer-facing experience in hardware sales or support is a plus.

Shift window:

  • Monday to Friday, 10AM - 7PM.
