Corporate Communications Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Internal Communications:

• Regular updates and communications to employees on Group happenings and updates including content development for intranet, newsletter and other points of communication to drive employee engagement.
• Assist HOD in coordinating internal townhall meetings, employee engagement activities, and other logistics assigned.
• To work collaboratively with relevant departments and local representatives (Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia) to drive employee communication and cascade the Group’s vision, mission and objectives.
• Track and measure employee engagement activities and effectiveness.

2. External Communications:

• Oversee the updating and maintenance of the corporate website.
• Regular updates and social media content development on Corporate pages including content writing and visual development.
• Monitor and analyse media coverage/ campaigns/ social media sentiment for the group.
• Provide support for event logistics and content development as assigned by HOD e.g. event launches, press conferences, corporate events, etc.

3. Corporate & Employer Branding:

• Development and updating of corporate collaterals for the Group including company profile, fact sheets, photo library, corporate videos, etc.
• To work collaboratively with the HR and Sustainability departments in amplifying the Group’s corporate and employer branding efforts.

Qualifications/ Experience needed:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience with at least 1-2 years in corporate communications or as a content specialist, preferably in a corporate or agency environment. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency in social media management and design is an added advantage.
