Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Service Executive role at Mango Global Technologies, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The role involves providing customer support in English and Bahasa, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, and maintaining a high level of customer service on-site.

- Fluency in English and Bahasa
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Prior experience in customer service roles
- SPM or above (open to Fresh Graduate)
- Flexible with Rotational Shift
Work Location: Johor Bahru, Malaysia
Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift
