Job Description:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory & stationery and ordering items when necessary.
  • Sourcing for quotations and prepare cost comparison list for stationeries, office equipment and etc.
  • Prepare purchase orders (PO). Coordinate with vendors/ suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, including liaising with external vendors.
  • Printing of name card.
  • Renewal of company vehicles road tax and insurance.
  • Replenish stock for pantry.
  • Arranging courier pick-up, mailing and deliveries.
  • Able to organize and maintain good filling system.
  • To perform any ad hoc tasks as and when required by superior and/or management.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma/Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Good in preparing/drafting correspondences and writing materials.
  • High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all time.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
