Job Description:
- Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory & stationery and ordering items when necessary.
- Sourcing for quotations and prepare cost comparison list for stationeries, office equipment and etc.
- Prepare purchase orders (PO). Coordinate with vendors/ suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, including liaising with external vendors.
- Printing of name card.
- Renewal of company vehicles road tax and insurance.
- Replenish stock for pantry.
- Arranging courier pick-up, mailing and deliveries.
- Able to organize and maintain good filling system.
- To perform any ad hoc tasks as and when required by superior and/or management.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Good in preparing/drafting correspondences and writing materials.
- High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all time.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
