  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Working Arrangement:
  • Hybrid, 80-90% WFH, 10-20% On-Site working is based on an ad hoc basis.

We are working together with one of the largest Software Houses in Malaysia and are currently handling various Web and Mobile applications and software engineering for their clientele. We are looking for an Account Executive to join their A&F team in looking after the company accounts and finances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
  • Maintain proper records of all accounting transactions.
  • Manage business processes and account reporting
  • Assist in business plan and forecast preparation.
  • Assist in the preparation for monthly payment to suppliers

Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related fields.
  • Any Professional Certification in ACCA/CPA would be an added advantage.
  • Confident in communicating in Chinese and English
  • Working proficiency in Accounting software and Excel.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in accounting roles.
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude, reliable and with a good willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Prior work experience handling a full set of accounts.
