What You'll Do
As a Senior Sales Manager, SEA (FMCG), you will play a crucial role in defining the market strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives. You will act as a leader and mentor within the export markets, presenting, promoting, and selling products to both existing and prospective customers. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be utilised as you perform cost-benefit analyses for potential customers, ensuring their needs are met. You will also be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business relationships. Your strong communication skills will come into play as you reach out to customer leads through cold-calling. In addition, you will expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction. Achieving agreed sales targets within schedule will be a key part of your role.
The ideal candidate for this Senior Sales Manager, SEA (FMCG) position brings a wealth of experience and skills to the table. You should have a tertiary qualification in business or food science, along with at least ten years' experience in retail or food service sales. Your excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills set you apart from others. A strong technical knowledge in food ingredients is highly desirable for this role.
