  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a skilled Wintel Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and supporting Windows Server environments (2008, 2012, and 2016). This role requires a proactive approach to system administration, troubleshooting, and ensuring the reliability of our Windows server infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016 environments.
  • Perform OS troubleshooting, including BSOD and memory dump analysis.
  • Manage Microsoft Clusters and execute RAID and disk expansions.
  • Execute OS recovery processes as needed.
  • Implement MS patching remediation to maintain system security.
  • Support and manage Hyper-V virtualization.
  • Ensure antivirus solutions are effective and up to date.
  • Oversee backup solutions and server provisioning/decommissioning processes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any IT OR related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in the configuration and troubleshooting of Windows OS and cluster environments.
  • Problem-solving skills with IBM, HP, Dell, and Cisco hardware, including RAID and firmware/BIOS upgrades.
  • Basic knowledge of VMware and Active Directory.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, specifically Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as CA Service Desk or ServiceNow for ticket management.
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) preferred.
  • Work Location: Technology Park Malaysia (TPM), Bukit Jalil.
