  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated E-commerce Manager to oversee all aspects of our online sales operations for Core Classic, an emerging apparel and life style brand focusing on creating elevated essentials to our lifestyles. The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for supporting in ecommerce operations and value-added services such as key account management, store management, marketing & campaign planning, customer service, business analysis

Job Responsibilitities

1. Website & Marketplace Management

Manage the day-to-day operations of ecommerce websites (Shopify) & marketplaces

(Shopee, Lazada, Xiao Hong Shu, Tik Tok)

2. Ecommerce Strategy Development

Develop and implement strategic plans to increase online sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement on website & marketplace

3. Copy Writing

Develop compelling product descriptions, website content, email campaigns, and other promotional materials that drive engagement and conversions

4. Sales & Performance Analysis

Track and analyse key performance metrics related to online sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs

5. Partnership Management

Collaborate with external partners, including e-commerce & marketplace platforms, payment processors, and logistic providers, to ensure smooth operations and optimize performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of degree in digital marketing, marketing, business or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar role
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok Shop)
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google, Meta, Tik Tok Analytics)
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Experienced with using Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Experienced in operating photoshop is an advantage
  • Friendly and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills in English & Mandarin
