Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Antipodean Coffee in Kuala Lumpur. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, and maintain quality standards. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, enforcing health and safety regulations, and optimizing profits while upholding the company's values and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and resolve conflicts efficiently
  • Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and customer-oriented approach
  • Relevant certification in food service or hospitality management is a plus
