  • Lead and Close: Own the negotiation and closing process for financing agreements, contracts, and partnerships, driving revenue and business scaling.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with legal, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth delivery of financing solutions that align with client goals and regulatory standards.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback, continuously refining product offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Drive Insights: Report progress to senior management on client engagement, pipeline growth, and market intelligence, helping shape future business strategies.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, ideally within financial services or funding sectors, with a strong focus on SME clients.
  • Network: A well-established B2B network, especially within industries like construction, hospitality, telecommunications, or similar.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Track Record: Proven success in executing growth strategies and hitting sales targets.
  • Motivation: Highly driven, goal-oriented, with a hunter mentality and a passion for business growth.
