Specification

We are currently looking for young and dynamic students to join our internship program. The student filling this position will handle a wide range of important duties. We will create a remarkable learning and professional experience for interns so that they will have a real exposure of working environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.
  • Record and manage all service requests and incidents in the service management system.
  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
  • Monitor and follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
  • Willing to learn and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and work in a team-based environment
  • Great interpersonal skills and social competency
  • Must posses an eagerness to learn

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
