Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist the Admin Manager with daily tasks, manage communications, and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Data Management: Keep accurate records of donations, volunteers, and inventory, and support the preparation of operational reports.
  • Event Coordination: Help plan and organize community events and fundraisers, managing logistics and promoting them through social media.
  • Volunteer Coordination: Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling volunteers, serving as a point of contact for them.
  • Financial Administration: Support budget tracking and assist in processing invoices and receipts.
  • Office and Facilities Management:
  • Ensure the office is organized and stocked with supplies, implementing processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage company vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and available for use.
  • Oversee building maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
  • Claims Processing: Process staff claims and reimbursements promptly.
  • Communication: Build positive relationships with staff, volunteers, and stakeholders, collaborating effectively with other departments.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (a degree is a plus).
  • Experience: At least 2 years in an administrative role, preferably within a non-profit setting.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
