Replenishment Planner– Your future position?

Overall mission:
  • Perform Replenishment Planning processes in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with defined standard operating procedures, and maintain an overview of Replenishment Planning team activities.
  • Contribute to the achievement of Replenishment Planning performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.
  • Act as a main point of contact for Replenishment Planning Team Lead and Supply Planning Manager in relation to defined processes.

Main responsibilities:
  • Perform day to day operations in the Replenishment Planning area:
  • Create STOs and collaborate with supply sites and 4PL/GBS Road Hub/receiving site transport to manage STOs until delivery
  • Coordinate STO non-conformance management and returns
  • Execute stock transfers to mitigate / avoid slow moving and obsolete inventory
  • Research and offer solutions from supply network to resolve short term supply issues
  • Maintain adherence to service level agreements
  • Maintain adherence to policies and procedures
  • Actively work to continuously improve processes
  • Provide professional support for colleagues
  • Build constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Act as contact person for key internal and external stakeholders on operational topics
  • Cooperate proactively with other work streams within GBS to oversee the end-to-end process

Your professional profile includes:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English is required for the role. Knowledge of additional language Hindi/Tamil is an additional plus point.
  • Possess 2/3 years of experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics is required.
  • Experience with SAP PP/MM/SD modules is an advantage
  • Possess problem solving skills, customer focus, driven with good business acumen skills
  • Experience in a shared service center is an advantage
  • Possess growth mindset and ability to work independently and in a team.
