  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct interview/focus group/workshop sessions
  • Identify and analyse research capabilities and trends
  • Identify and analyse industry trends using scientific research methodologies
  • Write research reports

MANDATORY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in market research (e.g. survey questionnaire, focus group study, customer interview sessions, workshopping, etc)
  • Experience in Takaful related products, customer journey, processes, etc
  • Experience in sales & marketing & campaigning of insurance products (preferably Takaful) - e.g. previous job as insurance agent/broker, etc
  • Experience in change management related work (not necessary to have project management experience)
  • Experience in market sizing or customer population stratification (in order to do quantitative data analysis/research methodology)
  • Experience in analysing customer sentiment/persistency, etc (in order to do qualitative data analysis/research methodology)
  • Experience in data analytics
  • 3 roles are available for junior, senior and SME level
