We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Social Media Team Lead to oversee and guide our social media team. You will be responsible for crafting creative strategies, managing social media campaigns, and leading a dynamic team of social media specialists. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with clients’ overall marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, creation, and execution of innovative social media campaigns across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of social media specialists, ensuring high performance, creativity, and adherence to best practices.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content in various formats (posts, videos, stories, etc.), ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize social media analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Client Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting social media strategies, providing regular updates, and gathering feedback to improve results.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to improve client performance and engagement.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage social media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Creative, Content, Strategy) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts across all channels.

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in managing social media strategies and teams, ideally in a digital marketing or creative agency.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading a team with strong interpersonal and mentoring skills, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft long-term social media strategies and translate client objectives into actionable plans.
  • Creativity: A flair for creating fresh, innovative social media campaigns that engage audiences and drive results.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Content Expertise: Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation, distribution, and engagement.
  • Client-facing Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Paid Media: Understanding of social media paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and the ability to integrate paid strategies into organic campaigns.
