Job Description

Onboarding & Exit:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage onboarding for new employees and internal transitions, including preparing HR documents and conducting inductions.
  • Work with agencies and the global mobility team on immigration processes for international assignments and foreign employee renewals.
  • Coordinate with contractor agencies for onboarding and offboarding, handling contracts and documentation.
  • Oversee exit processes for departing employees, including managing leave balances and returning company property.


HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate data in the Workday system, assist stakeholders, and generate HR reports.
  • Prepare HR letters and documentation, ensuring timely payroll submissions.
  • Keep personal files organised and maintain the leave management system.
  • Process purchase orders for HR suppliers and ensure timely payments.
  • Act as the contact for the insurance agency to manage employee coverage and claims.
  • Provide information on benefits and maintain updated associate lists for administrative functions.
  • Continuously improve HR operations and support HR teams in other markets as needed, while taking on additional tasks from the line manager.


The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR Operations/Administration.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Driven individual who has strong organisation and attention to detail skills.
  • Open to a 1-year renewable contract
