Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, implement, and manage business processes and workflows, including analyzing effectiveness and recommending improvements.
- Coordinate and manage inter-departmental affairs and support organizational communication.
- Optimize collaboration workflows and ensure effective teamwork.
- Support audit requirements by providing necessary information and coordination.
- Manage vendor registration and administration.
- Build strong relationships with internal team members and external clients to enhance business operations.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement for both internal and external clients.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in business process analysis and improvement.
- Good listening, understanding and communication skills.
- Mandarin speaking is added advantage.
