Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, implement, and manage business processes and workflows, including analyzing effectiveness and recommending improvements.
  • Coordinate and manage inter-departmental affairs and support organizational communication.
  • Optimize collaboration workflows and ensure effective teamwork.
  • Support audit requirements by providing necessary information and coordination.
  • Manage vendor registration and administration.
  • Build strong relationships with internal team members and external clients to enhance business operations.
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement for both internal and external clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business process analysis and improvement.
  • Good listening, understanding and communication skills.
  • Mandarin speaking is added advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
