Job description :


  • You contribute to the research and development of innovative oleochemicals for the lubricant market
  • You participate in research projects, conduct experiments, evaluate, and report the results
  • You support internal and external customers with technical questions and production quality. Additionally, you investigate potential improvements or complaints and report your findings
  • You assist in the laboratory management (e.g., 5S, instruments, and inventory) with a strong focus on a work safety culture
  • You write correct and clear reports of executed assigned research-related studies (includes literature study, design of experiment, etc.) under supervision
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and the collaboration between different departments


Job qualifications :


  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree preferably science-related qualification
  • Proven successful professional experience of at least 3 years in carrying out laboratory synthesis and analysis of products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Documentation
  • Autonomous, rigorous, creative, and a team player
  • You know how to foster a positive and stimulating team environment in order to contribute to the team's development
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pulau Indah,Klang
