Admission Specialist

Job Summary

• Achieve defined KPIs and daily calls, connects and conversion targets.
• Provide a high quality, customer-oriented service giving first-class support and guidance on admissions policies and procedures.
• Follow up on enquiries and drive high conversions with rigorous follow-ups using multiple communication channels.
• Respond to queries from applicants in a timely manner, providing detailed information in an accessible format.
• Provide administrative support and maintain records for applicants in accordance with the procedures and regulations of the clients.
• Proactively contact applicants to support their progress.
• Undertake fee assessments for applicants and refer more complex cases to Regional Manager.
• Keep up to date with the market changes and keep the applicants informed.
• Process application outcomes within the agreed timeframes.
• Adhere to pre-agreed standard operating proceedings, protocols and workflows.
• Work on various technology platforms to deliver the duties, including but not limited to CRM, Contact Centre, external systems such as student records.
• Work with the client in a focused and professional manner.

Requirements

• Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience achieving sales targets, particularly in student recruitment
• 1-2 years of experience in student conversion and lead management.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills - Written and spoken English
• The ability to manage a varied workload independently and as part of a team
• Process oriented
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
