Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Content Moderator who is a native Japanese speaker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, moderating, and ensuring the quality of short video content on our platform. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated short videos to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
• Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for content improvement.
• Collaborate with the content team to enhance user experience.
• Stay updated on trends and cultural nuances relevant to the Japanese audience.

Qualifications:

• Native Japanese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Japanese culture and social media trends.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
