Admin & Finance Executive

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Arrange and conduct swimming classes in accordance with the planned schedule
• Prepare and submit reports on general administrative and related duties
• Manage inventory for both service and kitchen areas, ensuring proper arrangement and adherence to management procedures
• Maintain and organize all filing documents related to finance, human resource and respective areas within the management
• Perform inspection of all facilities at Abedeen Clubhouse
• Provide assistance to the Abedeen Clubhouse team in event management
• Execute tasks as instructed by the manager as needed
• Handle invoices and receipts
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Conduct bank reconciliation
• Supervise other staff, delegate responsibilities, and handle technical issues in your area of expertise
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
• Post company's marketing materials on social medias, and whatsapp on a daily basis

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Business, Finance or any related field
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
