SALES & MARKETING (PJ)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, websites, and social media content.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide regular updates to clients on product or service developments.
• Track sales performance and prepare reports on sales metrics, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., product management, finance) to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company.

Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the trading industry.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; ability to analyze market data and trends.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
