Job Description

  • Develop training procedures and training assessment with PPD.
  • Conduct student orientation, explain training objectives, training needs and assessment method.
  • Conduct trainings and assessments with integrity and transparency.
  • Guide students in the preparation of competency records.
  • Monitor and guide students to achieve required competencies.
  • Conduct registration and certification in the JPK system.

Job Requirement

  • Experience as PP in the relevant fields of Culinary, food preparation or hotel management.
  • Preferably pass JPK’s Induction for PPB.
  • SKM or related qualifications and/or industry experience in the relevant field.
  • Able to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
