- Loyalty Program: Develop, implement, and manage the customer loyalty program, aiming to increase repeat business and customer retention.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform marketing initiatives.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and media to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Advertising Campaigns: Plan and manage online and offline advertising campaigns to effectively promote the restaurant and its events.
- Customer Feedback Management: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve the customer experience and inform marketing strategies.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least a Min diploma in marketing/ Advertising/ Mass Communication or equivalent
- Min 2 years working experience in digital marketing
