Job Overview:

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Corporate Senior Brand Marketing Manager to support BHP’s brand strategy and ensure consistent brand positioning across all digital and social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating and managing impactful digital marketing strategies and content that align with BHP’s high-end image and positioning as a trusted real estate investment brand.

This role requires a professional with a background in finance, economics, or creative fields who is skilled in both English and Chinese to effectively engage BHP’s diverse clientele. Your work will contribute to enhancing BHP's presence, growing its audience, and maintaining a strong brand narrative in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to elevate the BHP brand, focusing on premium positioning and strong brand recall.
  • Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others) to create, schedule, and monitor content performance.
  • Plan and implement SEO/SEM strategies to increase the brand’s digital visibility and lead generation.
  • Write compelling and high-quality content for various digital channels in English and Chinese, ensuring consistency in brand tone and messaging.
  • Collaborate with in-house designers and external agencies to develop visually appealing marketing materials that support brand campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for BHP’s brand growth.
  • Manage online advertising and sponsored content, optimizing for reach and engagement.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on digital campaign performance, including key metrics, to improve future strategies.
  • Support brand storytelling initiatives by creating narratives that reflect BHP’s legacy, values, and commitment to high-yield property investments.
  • Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure that all digital activities are aligned with broader marketing and business goals.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

- Degree in Marketing or Finance, Economics, Creative Arts, or related fields.

Experience:

- Minimum of 8 years and above of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or content creation. Experience in

the property development industry is a plus.

Languages:

- Proficient in English and Chinese (both written and verbal).

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content in both languages.

- Excellent understanding of social media and digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Analytical mindset with experience in using digital analytics tools.

- Creative and strategic thinker with an eye for detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of finance and economics is advantageous.
