Job Description
-Provide technical support to customers and client.
-Perform problem diagnosis and implement corrective actions for product hardware, software, network fault and diligently resolve them via phone, remote connection on-site.
-To test, configure and troubleshoot PC hardware and software in Windows environment.
-Perform technical evaluation and testing for new devices and relevant applications.
Requirement
-Candidate(s) must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
-Fresh graduates will also be considered.
-Have good hands-on knowledge and familiar with networking& IT support related task.
-Position level offered will be based on total years of experience, knowledge & qualification.
-Hardware knowledge requirement
-Can do job independent analytic mind and problem solving ability
-Team player, fast learner and strong interpersonal skills.
-Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Added advantage if interesting with software development
-Applicant must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya.
