Job Description:
- Co-ordinate recruitment activities including advertising, interview, preparing letter of employment, Contract for Service and conducting induction program.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accurancy and completeness of documentations and compliance with the statutory requirement.
- Liaise with government agencies on statutory requirements on all payroll related matters. Submit monthly statutory payment and necessary forms to Inland Revenue Board, EPF, PERKESO and HRDC.
- Monitoring of staff annual and medical leave.
- Provide general office administration support.
- To carry out any other task as assigned by Superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management or Commerce with at least three (3) years of direct working experience in the field of HR.
- Well versed in Employment Act and Malaysia Labour Law.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
- Good command of written and spoken English. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Dedicated, trustworthy and meticulous.
