Data Scientist

• Creating and implementing a roadmap for AI/ML and big data across companies and operations.Finding ways to create, test, and validate prediction models using the most recent developments in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Close collaboration with company's businesses to make sure that the business-impacting insights derived from AI/ML models are properly converted into action.
• Providing top-notch machine learning and strategic input to projects and ongoing operations; driving strategic planning for the design, implementation, and direction of AI/ML initiatives; and inspiring business leaders through the ability to use AI/ML strategies to generate business impact.
• Utilizing effective communication approach, increasing internal awareness of and strategy for adopting emerging machine learning and big data methodologies.
• Delivering business analytical leadership, advice, and guidance as they design, develop, and implement new digital capabilities.
• Establishing and sustaining a powerful and influential external network to support the ongoing development of AI/ML competencies through collaboration and learning.
• To advance adoption and commercial benefits across company while continuously maintaining and improving the current consolidated Big Data platform.
• Acquire a working knowledge of working in a compliance-based and regulated environment, including developing, implementing, and supporting secure software throughout the AI/ML and Big Data development life cycle.
• Any other tasks that may occasionally be assigned

Requirements

• Bachelors, Masters, PhD in a technical field is preferable (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics etc).
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field is required.
• Courage, bravery, and initiative, Independence, Innate curiosity and willingness to learn
• Good problem-solving ability
• Coding experience or at least interest in software development and automation
• Knowledge in object-oriented programming languages
• Experience in collaborative programming and version control systems
• Exceptional candidates are always welcomed, especially candidates with vast experience in industry / tech businesses.
