Production Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for running the production processes, ensuring smooth operations, and managing day-to-day production activities.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production requirements.
• Identify opportunities for productivity improvement within the production processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure that all production activities comply with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements such as ISO 90001, ISO 14001 EMS. This involves enforcing adherence to procedures, conducting audits, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Responsible for data analysis, execute and monitoring production activities to ensure its meet customer order and delivery date.
• To conduct section meeting to review the production performance, brain storming with the production team, trouble shooting, evaluate effectiveness of corrective action and and other methods..
• Manage labor and resources to produce high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Work closely with other departments, such as Logistics, QA/QC, Engineering, and other relevant departments.
• Ensuring adequate availability of machines, equipment, materials, and manpower. Monitor resource utilization, identify improvement areas, and recommend resource optimization.
• Monitoring production schedules, coordinating with the team, and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that products meet the required standards. Monitoring product quality at different stages of production, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Degree in any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a concrete manufacturing industry.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate cooperation among different departments.
• Ability to formulate corresponding production plans.
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, enabling quick responses to complex production issues.
• Computer literacy.
