Project Executives Wanted at JALEX GROUP OF COMPANIES!

Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordination & Supervision: Oversee and coordinate all works among trade contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Review & Supervise Work Sequence: Ensure the correct sequence of work is followed, managing the interface between various trade contractors and subcontractors to avoid conflicts and ensure timely project delivery.

Construction Drawing Review: Check construction drawings for any discrepancies with on-site conditions.

Setting Out Work: Handle various scopes of work, including levelling, terminal construction details, identifying clashes with MEP services, and managing vertical and height alignment.

Lookahead Schedule Preparation: Prepare and manage lookahead schedules, review site progress, assess delays, and implement catch-up strategies to keep projects on track.

Inspection & Testing: Conduct inspections and tests according to method statements and inspection test plans.

Issue & Review Documents: Issue RFI (Request for Information), CVI (Contractor’s Variation Instruction), and review AI (Architect’s Instruction) from Consultants, Designers, and Architects.

Education & Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Knowledge of MS Project for schedule management is required.

Ability to sketch or provide AutoCAD details for coordination with the Design team.
