  • Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Pipeline Management:

    Demonstrate a strong ability to drive sales conversion rate; through effective prospecting and follow the sales through the completion of project handover.

    2. Sales Channel Management:

    Having own sales networking opportunities and ability to improve sales penetration into the distribution and dealers’ market, ironmongery and aluminum fabrication contractors, interior design fit-out contractors.

    3. Business Development:

    Identify and aggressively capitalize new growth opportunities within the healthcare/hospital segment.

    4. Market Intelligence:

    Conduct thorough market studies to stay abreast of trends and competitor initiatives. Initiate strategic countermeasures as needed, ensuring the market positioning remains strong.

    Requirements

  • Candidate should ideally possess a degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Mechatronics)
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in project sales targeting the healthcare industry.
  • Substantial architectural, interior design and dealership networking within the same industry space is a prerequisite (ie builders, consultants, interior design fit-out contractors, owners etc).
  • Proactive, independent, results-oriented, perseverant and a skilled multi-tasker.
  • Strong value-based selling approach.
  • Willingness to travel within Malaysia as required.
