  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the planning, budgeting and management of the development project.
  • Oversee and manage the construction of Infra works and building works
  • Identify key issues at the beginning of a project to develop an appropriate work plan, including project scope, timelines, specific tasks to be completed, individual responsibilities etc.
  • Monitor and ensure that the appointed architect makes a thorough inspection prior to the expiry of the defects liability period.
  • Ensure that regular progress meetings are organized with consultants, the main contractor, sub-contractors and suppliers to review the progress of the projects and keep the management team fully informed of issues and progress.
  • Monitor work progresses at the site and provide constructive inputs to the Senior General Manager.
  • Assist with looking for project consultants and handling any project issues.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the management and project team and expected to possess strong analytical skills.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of working experience in Property Development and Civil Infrastructure field.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Planning, Architecture, Engineering or Professional Qualification in related field.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Candidate must with complete Infra projects experience background able to work at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
  • Strong liaison skills with government agencies, local authorities, contractors and consultants to ensure smooth implementation of a project.
  • Has sound knowledge in the Authorities guidelines & submission procedures.
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Moreover, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage for the candidate.
  • Candidates with Property Developer experience are preferred.
  • Must have experience in township development in similar position.
