Quality Control Inspection

Hiring Objective :-

To inspect the incoming and outgoing material through the manufacturing process to ensure it align with company standard

Key Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Inspecting & testing the finish good by using tensile machine, caliper & micrometer to ensure that finish good meet the standard of specification
• Prepare and document all quality control report, that include daily output quality report, manufacturing drawing & specification
• Discuss and meeting the inspection result with the production team and control that quality check procedures of the entire production line
• Giving & guide operator on using measuring equipment and perform checking monthly

Fact about your job :-

• Experience on using measuring equipment such as caliper, micrometer & tensile machine
• We only use Japanese Brand Mitutoyo caliper & micrometer
• You are generating report via computer Microsoft Excel
• You don’t have to work shift. only Day Shift

Requirement :-

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Quality Control Inspection (advantage who has experience in wire product, fasteners, steel mill, CNC)
• Able communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Has experience in handling and communicate with foreigner worker
