Finance Director

• Responsible in reviewing financial reports of the company and ensure all accounting records are maintained in accordance to the accounting standards as well as substantiated with proper documentation and supporting evidences.
• To perform monthly review to ensure appropriate interpretation of reports before presenting to the management.
• Oversee taxation related work for the region (i.e. corporate tax, tax computation, tax planning), and liaise with external tax agents.
• Responsible for management of all aspects of corporate/financial/accounting functions inclusive of financial planning, budgetary controls, treasury management, tax planning, forecasting & etc
• Provide professional advice, insight, perspective and strategic recommendation on mid to long-term business target and financial planning.
• To support and control the reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities
• Responsible in monthly and yearly reporting which include financial statements and cash flow statements.
• Perform ad-hoc projects, analysis and forecasting related to accounts activity.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ working experience in related fields with property industry
• Graduate in Finance related field and possess recognized accountancy qualifications, e.g: ACCA, CIMA, MICPA, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience in internal controls and compliance with demonstrated track record in remediating control gaps
