Responsibilities:

• Responsible to promote company brand name and products to existing customers.

• Explore new market, search and source for new customer or new account.

• In charge of developing sales plans and strategies for assigned territories and responsible for achieving the sales target.

• Gain a strong understanding of the company’s product range, plans & directions, to expand business with existing customers and build new customers to capture market share.

• Build market knowledge in terms of product potential, pricing structure, competitor activities and consumption pattern.

• Proactively respond to market demands for the company’s products, identify opportunities for growth and deliver what the market wants.

• Manage and build relationship with customers, enable negotiation with regards to product requirements, pricing, distribution, logistics and promotion mechanism.

• Be responsive to customers’ needs, takes initiative to resolve conflicts and provide effective solutions to customers.

• Ensure timely payment collections from customers.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities as requested by the company’s management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of sales working experience. (FMCG is a plus).

• Highly driven, positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.

• Good negotiation skills and able to provide excellent customer experience.

• Good interpersonal skill and effective team player with good communication skill.

• Possess own transport.

• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role deals with Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Multiple locations available (Penang / Ipoh / Kuala Lumpur).

要求:

• 至少2年销售工作经验(FMCG)(食品销售领域)。

• 高度的干劲、积极的态度和强烈的学习欲望。

• 良好的谈判技巧,能够提供卓越的客户体验。

• 良好的人际交往能力和高效的团队合作精神以及良好的沟通技巧。

• 拥有自己的交通工具。
